Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche outsourcing Business with its HQ in Chippenham, to recruit an In-House Recruiter / Recruitment Advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract due to growth of the company. The role is full time, however hybrid working (c.8 office days per month) is offered.
This is a brand new role and you will be working in an established HR function, where you will supporting and advising managers across the business regarding new roles, advertising jobs, interviewing and managing offer / onboarding processes.
About the role:
- Responsibility for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process across all business functions
- Supporting and advising managers on best recruitment practice
- Scheduling and attending interviews
- Offer processing
- Administration for on-boarding purposes
Your skills:
- Previous recruitment experience (Inhouse or RPO)
- Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently, with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience working in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills and the ability to influence different audiences
