Early Careers Brand Advisor 

This role has been designed to manage EC’s digital footprint, brand, and communications, with responsibility for:

• designing and implementing our EC online marketing campaign
• managing the EC website
• attending campus events
• managing social media presence
• working with key suppliers and developing global collateral with counterparts.

This activity is to support the annual recruitment of approximately

• 70 vacation scheme students (in London and Scotland)
• 20 Bright Future students
• and hiring approximately 45 trainees per annum

You will also be working closely with EC Team Advisors and Co-ordinators to understand application pipelines and proactively make suggestions to boost activity and when needed increase applications.

Reporting directly into the EC Recruitment Manager. The team works closely with the EC Development team, the CR&I team and as well as the marketing and communications team, key stakeholders from the business including the Training Principal and HR Partners.
