Oakleaf Partnership North are representing a Professional Services organisation based in in the Northwest and Yorkshire regions who are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis replacing an internal move.
As a HR Business Partner in this organisation you will play a key role in driving and developing the people strategy within your designated business area, working closely with stakeholders to promote the people agenda and culture through a period of transformation.
The successful candidate will have previously worked within a strategic HR Business Partnering role and have experience focused around change and project management. This role is offered on a flexible hybrid basis, however candidates who are seeking to work remotely are welcome to apply but you must be willing to travel to the locations on an ad hoc basis when required.
