This is a newly created role working for a large charity based in Wolverhampton who provide services to young people across the community.
Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, your role will be focused on supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new employees into the organisation. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from liaising with line managers and writing job adverts through to shortlisting and supporting interview panels. Once appointed you will then ensure that the appropriate pre-employment checks are in place, such as references, DBS checks and qualification checks.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruitment or HR administrator who has experience of overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. You should be confident in liaising with a range of stakeholders and able to manage a busy workload.
This is a 6 month fixed term initially, with the opportunity of extension for the right candidate. The role is ideally 30 hours a week, however please do contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
