Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche Global business with a base in Swindon to recruit a talented and experienced Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner for 12 months, covering maternity leave. The role is hybrid with the expectation to go to the Swindon office once or twice a week and there could be some very occasional travel to sites throughout Europe where and when appropriate. You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver people plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business. You will advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated directorates.
As a trusted partner, you will review HR priorities, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and provide people solutions aligned to business objectives. You will be responsible for delivering key HR initiatives across the HR partnership spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent development, succession planning, skill development, reward and recognition, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
We are looking for you to be a true generalist with at least 5 years plus HR management / partnering experience who has managed a small operational HR team, combined with the ability to balance the busy day to day at the same time being able to operate strategically with your key stakeholders / business unit leaders and managers. Exposure to mergers, acquisitions and the change management that comes from that as well as any European / International HR exposure would be a real advantage.
