My current client is looking for a HR Change Manager with solid experience in Reward, reviewing pay and grade structures. This role reports into the Head of HR and is supported by a small, tight-knit team. It's a great project to get stuck into and have full autonomy over whilst working within the public sector.
The right person for the role will have strong people skills to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels. This is essential considering the nature of the role and the proposals you will have to make regarding salary benchmarking, compensation and benefits.
