This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced learning & development professional to work within an established HR team to influence and work strategically, to build a culture of learning and help the organisation and it's people to thrive.

Your new role
As a Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing an innovative L&D strategy that will support the organisation's objectives
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for training and innovative training methods
• Design and delivery of all training activities
• Effective use of e-learning platforms
• Manage KPI reporting within the L&D department
• Manage the L&D budget for the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a learning and development role, working at a senior/strategic level
• Experience with L&D activities at all levels throughout the organisation, from induction to senior managers
• Ability to use e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self motivated, with a desire to succeed and a passion for L&D
