I am currently working with a global organisation who strives to change the way children are treated across the world and help them fulfil their true potential. This well-regarded charity is currently operating in over 100 countries and continue to grow.
Prior international recruitment experience is essential for this role. You will be leading the recruitment for 2 of the charity's smaller functions within the business including junior to senior level, interim and permanent and across the UK and international campaigns. There is also the opportunity to get involved in all the projects linked to continuous improvement initiatives.
A desire to work with a charity who have a powerful mission and values is vital. An ambitious and proactive approach is also a necessity to succeed in this role.
