The successful HR Advisor candidate will be responsible for providing employees with support and advice on a variety of HR-related topics, including managing employee contracts, employee relations, and payroll systems. You will also work closely with management to establish and maintain a strong onboarding process and ensure legal compliance in all areas of human resources.

This Buckingham based company boast a great company culture of supporting staff and hence this HR Advisor role is integral to upkeep their standards and provide support to the wider business on supporting thier staff. In-between Banbury and Milton Keynes this automotive area company have an initial 9 month fixed term contract to support the company through maternity cover potential opportunities to be created on a permanent basis due to growth. Offering hybrid working for 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

Description

The successful HR Advisor candidate will be responsible for;

  • Providing employees with support and advice on a variety of HR-related topics, including managing employee contracts and supporting on inductions
  • Coaching and supporting managers through ER cases
  • You will also work closely with management to establish and maintain a strong onboarding process and ensure legal compliance in all areas of human resources.

Profile

  • Prior Human Resources experience with ER casework experience to manage from start to finish
  • At least two years of HR Advisory/Officer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Job Offer

Hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days remote working available. 25 days holiday and 37 hours per week working week along with the opportunity to work with a really personable and supportive HR management team
