Head of HR: £50- 55,000 + benefits
This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. As Head of HR you will manage a team of Business Partners and Advisors, supporting internal stakeholders across the country. The role is based in Birmingham 2 days a week and you can expect flexible hours and a hybrid working pattern.

Key Responsibilities will include

    Mentoring, coaching and developing the team and ensuring that there is a consistent HR solution and service delivered to all parts of the organisation.Supporting senior managers on complex case management issues and change management initiatives.Managing projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectivenessHelping create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Managing the budget in line with the financial planning cycle. Reviewing and implementing an effective reward strategy across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have

    CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience in leading a business partnering and advice service across a geographically dispersed organisation. Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders across a busy organisation. A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Salary: £50-55,000 + benefits.
