An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Systems Officer to join a busy HR Team, working in an excellent Not for Profit organisation.

Description

The HR Systems Officer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the HR & Payroll Systems to ensure accurate and reliable data is always readily available to the organisation. The HR Systems Officer will establish process driven Systems and support the maintenance of the quality of reporting systems. They will also provide support to develop and maintain the workflows, security, permissions and scheduled activities.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • HR Systems experience
  • Good knowlefdge and experience of Excel
  • Experience of pulling reports using data
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

On offer:

£27,000 per annum with opportunity for negotiation + hybrid working (currently operating on 1 day in office) + free onsite parking + 35 hour week + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + excellent professional and personal development opportunities
