My client is an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing global management consultancy who work with the most highly regarded companies worldwide. Having recently made a number of significant acquisitions, they are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to work with their Head of HR Strategy.

What is the role

Working in a complex matrix organisation, the pace is fast. This is a FTC working on the global transformation of the People Function. Having acquired numerous businesses globally, my client is looking for a strategically minded individual with an operational background who will be relied upon to look at existing processes and strategies, identify areas requiring improvement and then implement systems in order to streamline the function and enhance efficiency.

Candidate Profile

The ideal person will have experience in a similar role, ideally from an FS or Consultancy background with global exposure and be passionate about making a difference. Proven experience in M&A, managing projects, coming up with ideas and solutions, planning strategically and delivering successful outcomes is a must.
