HR Coordinator Crewe Permanent £26,000-£28,000

Your new company
You will be working for a large manufacturing company based in Crewe as a HR Coordinator. This role has come about due to a continued period of success.

Your new role
Your main roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage accurate inputting of all payroll data and liaise with colleagues and HMRC to resolve payroll queries as necessary
  • Co-ordinate all starter, leaver and employee change procedures; issue and revise employment contracts, set up and maintain Personnel Files, record Induction and Probation reviews
  • Maintain HR data; produce weekly and monthly HR Statistics and KPI information
  • Support recruitment through applicant logging, preselection and liaising with candidates
  • Co-ordinate Occupational Health to ensure colleague assessments and OH appointments are scheduled in line with mandatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success. You will be a comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team. CIPD L3 qualification is desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary ranging from £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience. Working hours are 8:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday with an earlier finish on a Friday. This role is fully based on site for the first six months with the potential opportunity of Hybrid working from there on in.
