Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large UK retailer who are recruiting for a number of Pensions Analyst (Systems) to join their growing pensions team, to look after the whole group (circa 350,000 employees) across the UK.
About the role
You will be working with the pensions module of the HRIS to be the first point of contact for all systems related issues and queries. Day to day your responsibilities will include working with the wider business to provide training sessions on the system and identifying areas of improvement to the system. You will be working closely with third party providers and supporting the maintenance of the pensions administration system.
Candidate Profile / Experience
The successful candidate will need prior experience using pensions systems, good knowledge of current UK pensions legislation and excellent stakeholder management skills. This is a great opportunity for a pensions professional to develop their career and gain exposure to systems.
