Learning & Development Coordinator

  • Permanent up to £30,000 + bonus + 5% pension

  • Hybrid working - 3 days office/2 days home

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a UK based law firm circa 650 ppl. The firm is headquartered in London and have recently put big investment into growing their northern presence with a large Manchester hub, Liverpool and Leeds office.

What is the role

You will act as the coordinator for in house and external training programmes, organising rooms, recording attendance, and updating training files. You'll maintain the LMS and handle any L&D queries from employees, including administration of SRA requirements for fee earners.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will have experience of having successfully worked in a Coordinator role, preferably within professional services. Ability to organise meetings, liaise with external trainers, and be data driven is desirable
