Payroll & Benefits Advisor £35,000 - £42,000 - Putney

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading leisure company located in south west London on the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Advisor.

This position will report into the HR shared service manager and will take full ownership of Payroll & Benefits for the firm.

Our client is offering hybrid working with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office.

The Role:

Responsible for co-ordinating a welcoming and smooth on-boarding process for all new starters into the organisation

Processing change to terms and conditions of employment throughout the employee cycle

Advising on and administering leavers from the firm which includes conducting exit interviews

Processing accurate payroll changes

Maintaining confidential employee files

Preparation of management information reports as required

Supporting HRIS development projects as required

Be the go to person for advice and guidance on the firms People Portal (the HR self service portal)

Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries on the firms benefit programme

Provide support to the annual salary review and bonus scheme processes.

Skills required:

Strong monthly UK payroll exposure

Benefits administration exposure

strong excel skills
