A Private Health Care services looking to expand their team with a Recruitment Coordinator. This role is based in the office 5 days per week.

My Private Health Care company based in the West End.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator will include the following key tasks:

  • Writing adverts for live roles
  • Shortlisting candidates from the adverts
  • Direct sourcing for candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
  • Scheduling and organising interviews

Profile

The successful Recruitment Administrator will have:

  • Experience of working within Recruitment or a Customer Service /Admin role, ideally within Healthcare / NHS
  • Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Must have communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be driven and motivated
  • Must be personable and professional

Job Offer

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a small close knit team based in London's West End.

  • Competitive Salary paying between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
  • Office based role 5 days per week
  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
  • Discretionary annual bonus
