Talent Acquisition Specialist

Frazer Jones is partnering with a Southwest law firm to help them recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This is a newly created role due to growth, you will be supporting various client groups, delivering an end-to-end recruitment service whilst ensuring an efficient and effective experience for hiring managers and candidates. The firm has exciting growth plans with an impressive vision for 2023! This role is pivotal within the organisation and offers huge exposure across the business.


As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and your focus will be on delivering a proactive and commercially informed recruitment service. You will take responsibility for a combination of qualified lawyer roles and experienced business & legal support positions. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers across the business to find timely and appropriate solutions to their resourcing needs, you'll be working to provide tailored support throughout the full lifecycle of a vacancy, from initial requirements through to recommending resourcing strategy and candidate assessment options, offer negotiation and onboarding.


To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Recruiter, ideally from a Legal or Professional services environment.

You will demonstrate your expertise, skill set and proven success across similar Talent Acquisition roles. Your understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process along with your ability to build trusted and effective relationships with your stakeholders will be of real interest to my client.

You will demonstrate enthusiasm and energy in your approach to candidate sourcing along with creativity and flair to think differently and outside the box. You will be confident, articulate and a natural influencer with credibility and gravitas. You will be driven to succeed, taking the time to understand your client groups, their requirements, and challenges to ensure you can deliver an efficient service and positive outcome all parties.
