HR Advisor - Strong ER Exp. & Stakeholder Mngmt

My client, a well-known multinational US law firm, is seeking to hire a HR Advisor to join their busy and fast-moving team. This role will sit within the EMEA team of the firm, and requires a candidate who has a strong knowledge and experience leading and working through Employee Relations cases, working closely alongside senior stakeholders, and experience working across EMEA markets is an added benefit.

Your new role
The HR Advisor will be responsible for employee lifecycle including onboarding and recruitment, employee relations, performance management, overseeing HR operations, and mobility, for both the UK offices and EMEA.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have worked in the financial or professional services previously and have experience working as a HR Advisor, particularly experience handing ER cases and performance reviews.
Experience in a HR role across EMEA is an added bonus.
