interim Talent Acquisition Manager

A really exciting and rare requirement for an interim or FTC Talent Acquisition Manager has arisen at a West Midlands based manufacturing organisation.

The business are about to under-take a significant growth and scaling project, which will require an experienced Recruitment and Resourcing professional to lead - on both strategic and operational fronts.

You will need experience of building or scaling a business, preferably in a manufacturing or similiar environment.

Significant experience of all aspects of talent acquisition, including digital attraction platforms, temp to perm solutions, attraction strategies, hiring processes and on-boarding. It will also be key that you are able to work with the senior leadership team to advise and guide them

We are therefore keen to speak to people who can demonstrate the following

Experience of TA in both commercial and manufacturing type environments

Have successfully delivered large fast-paced project based recruitment.

Can build relationships at C and D-suite level

Has super communication skills, and excellent attention to detail

Is able to operate in an agile and fast-paced environment.
