Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in Sale, Manchester who are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to join and support the team on a permanent basis. The role will involve the management of a team of Recruitment Advisors and support the Recruitment Manager with people operations and strategy. The role is based in their Manchester office and offers hybrid working.

What is the role?

As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and be responsible for a small team of Recruitment Advisors and their direct reports. You will lead this team to deliver the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse areas of business. You will work with senior stakeholders and the wider HR team to improve areas like stakeholder management, recruitment processes, candidate experience, and talent attraction whilst driving campaigns and developing the team's ways of working.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate successful delivery and design of recruitment solutions and talent attraction. You will have previous team leader experience, be resilient in a busy environment, and have excellent communication and influencing skills. You will ideally be from an in-house or RPO recruitment background and understand the importance of diversity and inclusion within a large organisation.
