A Recruitment Manager to:
- Manage a small team and lead the recruitment operational activity
- Support on the team development and restructure of the department
- Use data and metric to produce reports and manage campaign process
- Oversee the operational recruitment team activities ensuring KPI's are met
- Support on adhoc recruitment campaigns
- Provide guidance and training to the team as and when required
- Provide adhoc support on strategic projects
Profile
A Recruitment Manager with:
- Experience of managing or leading a recruitment team
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
