Your new company
Our client is looking to expand their current Learning & Development function by bringing in this brand new role as a Leadership & Management Trainer. Looking to bring their Leadership & Management training in house for the first time, the purpose of the role is to design, deliver and assess an in house Leadership & Management development programme at ILM standard for their cohorts of both newly promoted managers, through to experienced senior leasers.
This role will require travel across the UK to facilitate face to face training delivery, but a large majority of the time you can work from home.
Your new role
Your immediate team will include digital learning content specialists and the Leadership & Management Development lead. You will work in collaboration to begin the planning and development of two main programmes (Core and Intermediate) which will ideally be ready to start delivering during 2023. These programmes will require ongoing assessment and evolvement to support the capability needs of the workforce. There will still be external training partnerships and part of your role will be to manage external relationships as well as internal stakeholder management.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced trainer/assessor who holds a recognised award/qualification in their field. You will ideally be familiar with the ILM qualifications framework. Experience with behavioural assessments would be a huge benefit too as its something this role will be developing in the organisation.
What you'll get in return
This is an opportunity for someone to really make a role their own, this is new territory for the organisation and they are incredibly open minded about the direction the role may go in the future, giving you plenty of opportunity for progression and to develop your experience as a Trainer/L&D Practitioner. The organisation offer a fantastic benefits package that includes a performance related bonus, a pension scheme of up to 13.5% employer contribution, 25.5 days annual leave (with the option to buy more) and more!
