  • 5-month Contract
  • £75,000 - £80,000 per annum + Car allowance
  • Hybrid role - field-based covering West and East Midlands

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a national healthcare provider who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner, initially for 5 months who can strategically partner a Regional Operations Director and support their Area Managers to develop our business, supporting project activity as required.

What is the role?

This role is a strategic one, where the bulk of the work will be around developing a People Plan for the midlands geography that is aligned with the organisations overarching people strategy. Within this role you will be working as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team and exemplifying a consultative focused approach to scope, influence, define, customise, and implement HR solutions to deliver optimal people and business performance in line with the People Plan and business outcomes. In this role you will work closely with the Regional Operations Director to develop an organisation design and appropriate workforce planning that ensures the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time for the right cost.

What will candidates need?

Candidates who wish to be considered for this position will need to have previous experience working in a large multi-site role covering large geographical areas. You will need to have worked in strategic positions and be experienced in developing people plans within a large organisation.

Exposure to a Healthcare/Retail/Hospitality/Consumer led environment would be hugely beneficial
