Oakleaf Partnership are excited to be partnered with a wealth management company, who are recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the delivery of key reward and MI activities.
The role
You will be involved in executing the annual remuneration review process for the business, including career pathway such as benchmarking and mapping. You will also be responsible for supplying market data analysis and gender pay gap submissions. You will be expected to support the development and maintenance of new MI, as well as producing and analysing monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders.
Your experience
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of remuneration processes, including both compensation and benefits. They will also be very analytical and have experience in MI.
