HR Systems & Reporting Advisor

Frazer Jones is partnering with a global law firm who are looking for a HR Systems and Reporting Advisor to join their HR department. In addition to overseeing their reporting activities you will be responsible for developing data modules, visual reports, and dashboards within workday. Great benefits and hybrid working.

As a HR systems and Reporting Advisor you will be responsible in supporting the recruitment and early career teams as well as other regions on the requirements of the implementation project for workday. In addition to this you will use appropriate reporting tools to run reports on ad hoc requests and help drive data integrity throughout the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the firm's global data to identify trends and challenges.
• Producing and developing data modules, visual reports, and dashboards as per business requirements.
• Monitor data to ensure system integrity and consistency to distinguish any gaps (ensuring all data is compliant with legal requirements).
• Assist the HRIS team with the transition process from CVMail to Workday
• Design and maintain data structure within reporting and analytics and do all end-to-end testing.

You must come with HR Reporting and Analytics experience which allows you to create new dashboards and produce reports. You should be effective in dealing with data and identifying trends through analytics. A working knowledge of Workday will also be advantageous. To be considered for this role you must be passionate about pursuing your career within HR Data Analytics. Ideal candidates will have some have exposure to HR Reporting and Analytics, data management principles, and GDPR. It is essential that you are effective and enjoy working with HR Reporting and Analytics and people data. An eye for detail and clear communication skills is a must.
