Talent Acquisition in the heart of Liverpool. You will be joining a small successful team to help candidate attraction, resourcing, building strong internal relationships and help continue structuring a great team.
Client Details
Our client is a professional, reputable company based in the heart of Liverpool, with several offices across the UK&I.
Description
- Provide coaching to all colleagues in people resourcing. Guiding line managers on the market and how to attract the best candidates
- Provide a personal candidate experience and an excellent candidate journey
- Ensure the timely recruitment of individuals across all business areas
- Drive recruitment from being a reactive approach to a proactive approach.
- Look at what tools provide candidates to meet with our D&I initiatives etc, time to hire, cost savings, identify recruitment trends.
- Work closely with Finance Business Partners to ensure data is correctly captured in terms of incremental FTE and work within approved budgets.
- Work with the Marketing team and the D&I Manager in order to develop advertising templates that will reach a greater audience, targeted to specific disciplines.
Profile
- Experience within recruitment
- High communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to details
- Strong organisation skills
- Market knowledge
- Tech recruitment background (Desirable)
