Description

• Provide coaching to all colleagues in people resourcing. Guiding line managers on the market and how to attract the best candidates
• Provide a personal candidate experience and an excellent candidate journey
• Ensure the timely recruitment of individuals across all business areas
• Drive recruitment from being a reactive approach to a proactive approach.
• Look at what tools provide candidates to meet with our D&I initiatives etc, time to hire, cost savings, identify recruitment trends.
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners to ensure data is correctly captured in terms of incremental FTE and work within approved budgets.
• Work with the Marketing team and the D&I Manager in order to develop advertising templates that will reach a greater audience, targeted to specific disciplines.

• High communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong organisation skills
• Market knowledge
• Tech recruitment background (Desirable)
