HR Generalist - £55-65k

Your new company
My client, an insurance company based in central London - just by Liverpool Street, is seeking to hire a HR Generalist. This role is taking over from an employee who is going to be retiring at the end of January. At present, the company has a headcount in London of approx. 120 people. Joining a HR team of 5 people.

Your new role
This role as a HR Generalist involves carrying out day-to-day HR administration, looking after employee lifecycle, onboarding & offboarding employees, and the recruitment throughout the company. This role does handle ER cases, however this is not a core responsibility as there are very few.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be highly organised and grounded. Confident and capable in their abilities. Enjoys the recruitment / onboarding & offboarding processes. Works well as a part of a team as well as on their own. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified.

What you'll get in return
This role offers an incredible salary of £55k - £65k, a pension plan of up to 23% employer contribution (age dependent), 25 days annual leave, and private medical as well as dental insurance.
