The People Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for employees when joining. The coordinator will be responsible for processing data and paperwork in regards to employment contracts + compliance.

The client is a global accountancy firm based in Gatwick.
Description
The key responsibilities of the People Team Coordinator based in Gatwick will be to:
- ensure that all contractual documents are issues + accurate
- Pre-employment checks have been undertaken and completed
- HR Database is updated with new starter detail
- Provide support to wider team as and when required
- Maintain communication with new joiners and line managers on a on-going basis
- Maintain changed regarding status updates and changes to start date
Profile
The successful candidate for the People Team Coordinator will have:
- Experience of onboarding process
- Strong attention to detail + time management
- A team player who can adapt to new circumstances
- Interpersonal skills - able to build client relationships
- Previous HR Background ideal
