The People Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for employees when joining. The coordinator will be responsible for processing data and paperwork in regards to employment contracts + compliance.

The client is a global accountancy firm based in Gatwick.

Description

The key responsibilities of the People Team Coordinator based in Gatwick will be to:

  • ensure that all contractual documents are issues + accurate
  • Pre-employment checks have been undertaken and completed
  • HR Database is updated with new starter detail
  • Provide support to wider team as and when required
  • Maintain communication with new joiners and line managers on a on-going basis
  • Maintain changed regarding status updates and changes to start date

Profile

The successful candidate for the People Team Coordinator will have:

  • Experience of onboarding process
  • Strong attention to detail + time management
  • A team player who can adapt to new circumstances
  • Interpersonal skills - able to build client relationships
  • Previous HR Background ideal
