Description
As HR Advisor you will be duties will be but not limited too:
- Managing ER cases
- Reporting to the HR Manager
- Coaching all levels of management
- Building strong business relationships with all stakeholders
- Support the HR team with other HR issues when needed
- Lead or assist in ad hoc HR Projects
- Support the recruitment team as and when required
- Keep policy and procedures up to date
- Always work within the companies policies and procedures
- Be an advocate for company values at all times
Profile
- Proven track record of a similar role
- CIPD L5 +
- Knowledgeable on employment law
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience dealing with ER casework
- IT literate
