Cambridge / 2 days per week on site

This role will support the development of recruitment procedures, contributing towards the attraction of high-calibre talent to the business ensuring that recruitment is as efficient as possible and adheres best practice principles. My client is looking for an experienced, hands-on recruiter to come in and hit the ground running.

DUTIES

• Ensure recruitment procedures and guidelines are maintained and aligned with legislative requirements
• Work with hiring managers to support their recruitment by giving advice
• Consistently be aware of external trends within the market
• Be responsible for recruiting senior level roles in the business across all disciplines
• Be very hands on with sourcing and engage with recruitment agencies
• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Play an active role in delivering best practice from an EDI standpoint

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to engage with vital stakeholders and senior managers
• Internal recruitment experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of HR systems and how they supplement the recruitment process
• Good time-management, able to handle multiple vacancies at once
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge and understanding of the full recruitment cycle
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Familiar with all relevant UK employment law that relates to recruitment
