Reward Change Manager
- 18 month FTC
- £45,000 to £50,000
- Hybrid working (1-2 days per week)
I am currently looking for a Reward Change manager to join one of my clients on an 18 month fixed term contract.
You will lead the evaluation of the current pay and grading structure as well as other benefits to determine whether they are fit for purpose. You will work closely with stakeholders and managers and will provide advice to the leadership team and present your results.
The ideal candidate will have had experience with pay reviews and grade structure prior and can excecute their findings accurately when conducting proposals. This person needs to have strong people and communication skills in able to ensure strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
