We are working in partnership with an excellent organisation in London who are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team in a newly created role. An exciting time to join this growing and hugely successful organisation that has achieved nearly 100% growth in the past year. This role would suit a candidate looking for development and exposure to all aspects of HR administration.
What is the role:
An overall administration and support role, responsible for HR Coordination and support for the HR Director. The duties include being the first point of contact for HR regarding day-to-day queries around the employee life cycle. Also, administrative duties, HRIS involvement, assisting with organisation growth plans and data.
Candidate profile/experience:
- Experience working in a busy HR department or in an administrative role for 2+ years
- Degree qualified or CIPD Level 3 qualified - desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
