Macmillan Davies are looking to attract a standout Reward professional/experienced Head of Reward to provide a growing and ground breaking business with a Total Reward Strategy, initially on a 9-12 month contract to work 3 days per week.

Working with the CPO and other senior stakeholders, you will be tasked with:

*Assess and review the current global reward and benefits framework
*Create a competitive reward strategy that will both retain current talent and attract future talent for a varied workforce
*Offer salary and benefit bench-marking data
*Create defined levels within an evolving colleague structure
*Deliver a suite of non-financial benefits in line with the Company's culture and values
*Offer expertise in employment and competitor market trends and activity and emerging trends in reward.

We are looking for a reward professional with previous experience of working in a tech biased organisation. You will be a natural communicator and solutions finder and will arrive with vast experience of reward and benefit frameworks (ideally on a global basis). Experience of launching and embedding a market competitive reward framework for a truly diverse workforce is essential, as is influencing at senior level.

The business has their Head Office in the North West and you will be expected to work 1-2 days per week out of the office.

This position is to start ASAP and the salary on offer is £80,000 - £90,000 FTE and day rate could be considered for the right candidate.
