Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Rotherham, South Yorkshire for a HR Officer to join a thriving education provider. The role holder will be responsible for providing a range of HR support across the organisation, and supporting where needed.
This is a term time + 2 weeks role, where the HR Officer will be working 40 hours per week.
The salary for the HR Officer role is £27,000- £30,341 FTE. Actual salary will be £24,500- £26,500.

Description
The HR Officer will cover a range of HR duties, from leading on employee relations case work, taking part in recruitment processes and selection, contractual change, to management of HR systems. You will be consistently maintaining and updating employee records, as well as acting proactively on any HR queries, policy and process improvements and advisory pieces.
