Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

- supporting the TA manager with the generation of new roles through Business Development and creating new relationships with external clients.

- supporting existing clients with all recruitment needs - booking interviews, helping create job ads, source suitable candidates etc.

- providing support to all candidates, including prepping them for interview, keeping in regular contact with them running jobs past them.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

- prior experience in a sales, or recruitment role with a proven focus on Business Development and building relationships with clients.

- proven ability to generates leads, find new ways to research current markets, on boarding new client.

- thorough knowledge of compliance and methods to source candidates and post job adverts.
