A new and exciting opportunity for a Payroll, HR and Operations Lead to join a University in Central London. This could either be on a temporary or permanent basis - this is a brand new role.

Client Details

A fast-paced and reputable University based in Central London, offering hybrid working.

Description

The successful Payroll, HR and Operations Lead will be responsible for:

* Managing the day to day customer service of the HR and payroll functions and ensuring a positive and efficient service is being delivered

* Providing expert advice on anything HR or payroll related

* Developing training plans and ensuring all team members have full understanding around sick pay adjustments, maternity pay, absences etc

* Supervising the delivery of platforms such as Remedy / Helix

* Monitoring progress and data; operating flexibly to ensure challenging requirements are met.

Profile

The successful Payroll, HR and Operations Lead must have:

* Excellent working understandings of HR and payroll policies

* Good management skills

* Proven experience in delivering payroll operational or contractual administration service

* Understanding of using People XD.
