Job Details

The Talent Acquisition Resourcer will be partnering closely with TA Partners and provide support on the sourcing and recruitment for professional vacancies across the bank predominantly within the Branch network. The successful candidate will be identifying and utilising active and passive sourcing channels using a consultative approach with stakeholders managing the sourcing strategies to attract and recruit a diverse talent pool into the organisation

Description
Reporting into the Head of TA, and supporting the TA Partners;
- Responsible for providing support to Talent Acquisition Partners on active and passive sourcing, pre-screening as well as on end to end recruitment activities for SME vacancies whilst further developing recruitment and sourcing capabilities
- Build strong relationships and partner closely with hiring managers and team members throughout the process ensuring knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Coordinating with TA Partners and Hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Actively utilise sourcing channels to attract candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and market presence) using Boolean searches
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintenance of the companies talent pool
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
- Opportunity to be responsible for a small portfolio of early careers vacancies (if applicable)
- Build and maintain effective relationships and timely communication with internal and external candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Understand and be able to appropriately explain the values, our culture and benefits including recruitment related policies and programs
- Actively and accurately track all recruitment activity and recruiting KPI's in a timely manner
- Gathering competitive industry information regarding compensation , talent availability, market trends and feedback on the employment brand
- Update all relevant stakeholders on procedures as necessary, relating to recruitment and employment eligibility
- Support on recruitment critical / prioritised projects and look for new and innovative ways of continuous process improvement / initiatives
- Operates in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager
Profile
The ideal candidate will be an existing Resourcer or Recruiter from within an in-house or agency environment, covering the full 360 cycle
You will have a good understanding of sourcing channels and techniques (active and passive sourcing) to identify and pipeline diverse talent, as well as having exposure to pre-screening candidates
You will be adept at crafting job adverts, interview questions and other hiring material that contain non-biased language, and will ideally have experience working with an ATS (albeit not essential)
Job Offer
A salary of up to £48,000 plus hybrid working and benefits
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with an expectation to the be in the office 3 days a week, in order to maintain the organisation's positive and collaborative culture
