Oakleaf have partnered with an international bank on their search for a HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate that has a keen interest in the financial services sector and a passion for HR.

The role

You will be supporting the Payroll and Benefits manager with administrative tasks for migration to a new payroll system. You will support with the annual review of benefits, sending new joiners and leavers information to the benefit provider. You will also be supporting the wider HR team - managing the HR inbox, updating and organising employee files and supporting with a new GDPR project.


Profile

The successful HR Assistant will be flexible and a natural relationship builder, you will have an ambitious nature with a can-do attitude. You will ideally be a graduate with a keen interest in gaining experience within the financial services sector. This role will give you great exposure to senior HR members where you will be able to learn and grow.
