HR Manager

  • 6-month Contract
  • £53,000 per annum
  • Hybrid role (1 day per week in Birmingham)

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a fantastic organisation who are looking to bring a HR Manager on-board for a 6 month period. This role is a true hybrid role where you will predominantly be working from home with 1 day on site per week on site (Birmingham) per week.

What is the role?

In this role you will be a true HR Generalist, you will proactively lead the HR service to establish and consistently achieve/exceed SLAs relating to HR processes, employee relations and payroll. Delivering through 3 direct reports, this role will require you to support across HR projects and the full generalist remit.

What will candidates need?

Candidates who wish to be considered for this position will need to have experience of line management, an exposure to TUPE (in), have proven experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager and be able to lead a team through change
