Permanent HR Advisor, £30,000-£35,000, Luton

Hays are excited to represent a public sector organisation in Luton, who promote development and well-being and are seeking a permanent HR Advisor.

Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will have full responsibility for all generalist HR duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing all ER cases from end-end, monitoring and managing sickness absence, disciplinaries, grievances, maternity, paternity, well-being and flexible working.
You will be responsible for the recruitment co-ordination process and checking right to work documents and requesting DBS checks.
Managing the end-end employee life cycle, starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes, requesting references and qualification checks.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor and must have experience managing ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be CIPD Qualified to level 5 or above or equivalent.
