Job Details


The role of the HR Coordinator will be to manage HR duties and report to Directors + Home Managers. Ideal candidate for the HR Coordinator position will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and be able to work autonomously.

The client is a not for profit based in Purley.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator will be to:

  • Assist in performance management procedures
  • Document sickness, grievances and other staff related issues
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests
  • Maintain records of personnel data in database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Schedule meetings/interviews/events
  • Submit reports on HR activity
  • Employment law knowledge
  • Payroll

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • CIPD Level 5/working towards
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (ideal)
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Able to pay attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills - able to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • 2+ years in HR

Job Offer
