Resourcing Officer / Coordinator

Your new role
Working as part of a wider Recruitment / Resourcing team, you will be providing support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Your role will involve taking briefings from hiring managers, selecting appropriate advertising routes, through to shortlisting and organising interviews. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for recruiting technical staff alongside corporate functions.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has experience of overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. You could have gained this experience either in an internal recruitment role or for an agency. This is a busy role, so you will need to manage your own diary and juggle multiple roles.
