A unique opportunity for a Training Manager to lead product and sales training within a successful, renowned brand within their field. You will make sure that product knowledge and culture is fully embedded with all staff across the business.

Client Details

As Training Manager you will work for a business who have been successful for over 20 years in the UK market selling unique, innovative products that have changed the lives of very many people sleep. They have strong partnerships with many leading retailers, their own stores and a successful online business.

Description

As a key member of the team the Training Manager will make sure that product knowledge and advocacy is at the centre of what they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver product and sales/customer service training programs for Retail Sales Assistants, Own Store sales teams, delivery teams and head office staff
  • Lead Induction product training programs for all new staff
  • Arrange and manage retailer and own store sales team training seminars at Head office
  • Work with Managers to identify advocacy and knowledge gaps and develop content and training plans to address
  • Manage content and operation training app
  • Support Area Sales Managers to deliver training at targeted retailers
  • Be part of the new product development process and develop training material to make sure that the new product launch is as successful possible
  • Work with International Marketing Team on training initiatives and content development

Profile

The successful Training Manager should have:

  • Good knowledge of the retail sales industry and be a proven trainer with strong presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the drive to get it right to deliver a great customer experience and results.
  • A Practical approach, be articulate and a clear communicator in order to achieve results.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to bring new ideas and initiatives.

This is a fully remote role so candidates could be based anywhere in the country but should be able to travel to deliver face to face training to sites across the UK. Head office is in Hayes, Middlesex.
