Client Details
Our client is a well known brand that is in your home, they thrive on excellent company culture. They want an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. You must be a strong administrator, experienced in a high volume desk, well organised and attention to detail is a must.
Description
Your responsibilities will be but not limited too:
- End to end recruitment process
- Accountable for day to day HR administration across the whole employee lifecycle
- Manage the HR Inbox, responding to queries and escalating to other members of the People team where appropriate
- Identify, develop & maintain relevant processes & SOPs, maximising the value they add
- Support annual people process e.g. Reward, Talent & Appraisals
- Administer & communicate employee benefits, owning processes and relationships with providers and supporting internal communications
- Responsible for maintaining & updating key employee data
- Provide quality and accurate data reports to support insight generation and to enable the business to make sound decisions
- Support employee engagement across the business
- Responsible for ensuring monthly payroll changes have appropriate approvals
- Assist with and deliver HR communications to the business
- Identify areas for continuous improvement across our systems, processes, documentation, ways of working etc.
- Ad hoc HR support to line managers & contribution to projects
Profile
The successful candidate:
- High communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced skills in - Microsoft, being able to present data
- Experience with HR systems and trackers
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Well organised
- Attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Keep a high level of practicality within the way you preform tasks
- Proactive attitude
- Be able to advise line managers on company policy and procedure when necessary
- Be able to work well within a team and be informative
