Description
The successful HR & Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for recruitment
- Scheduling and booking candidates in for interview and following up with feedback
- Supporting with the onboarding and induction process including offer letters and contracts
- Supporting the HR team with wider HR projects
Profile
The HR & Recruitment Assistant will:
- Have worked within a HR or Recruitment function
- Have an understanding of the recruitment cycle
- Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Job Offer
The successful HR & Recruitment Assistant can expect a salary between £28-33,000.
