Frazer Jones is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a global tech business based in central London. This is an exciting high-growth and already highly established technology company that are offering a highly agile working arrangement. We are seeking a Senior Pensions Manager to work with the benefits team and a wider reward function of seven. Reporting to the Head of Reward, this is a newly created role to lead on DC pension projects across a complex matrix organisation.
You will take ownership of all pension arrangements at the business, from both an operational and strategic perspective. You will be required to take a pension review across three different pension plans and act as a subject matter expert for the business. Each pension program needs to be designed to fit all entities and you should be able to select a suitable pension plan provider and configure to the online benefits platform. You'll be tasked with a number of projects, such as harmonising two European pension plans plus also launching new pensions in a couple of new European territories. You'll need to manage any third-party vendors, deal with queries and deliver the communications, supporting documentation and policies to the organisation. You'll need to liaise with senior leadership, automate processes and look to continuously improve the pension offering and structure. You will also need to ensure correct governance and ensure the plans are in line with the latest legislation.
To be considered for this role you must be a knowledgeable pensions expert who also comes with general benefits experience. You should have in-house pensions experience and currently act as the pensions SME for your business. You should have excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. This is a highly progressive role in a progressive organisation so you must be ambitious and proactive to help drive the business forward and contribute to the wider reward strategy. You should have been in the benefits field for c10+ years and be able to give examples of delivering on pension projects and effectively engaging with senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will have exposure to harmonisation projects and M&A activity. The role will offer a competitive salary of circa £85k plus a competitive bonus and benefits package. You can make use of their office in central London as much as you like but will only be required to be there once a month.
