Head of HR Staffordshire - Hybrid £60,000 + Benefits 12 Month FTC

Your new company
You will be working for a large utilities business based in Staffordshire as a Head of HR.

Your new role
The Corporate Head of HR will work with the functional Senior Leadership teams, to drive business growth through strategic planning, business insight and delivery of solutions and outcomes, developing and embedding a number of key business tools to effectively drive our people and business agenda. You will line manage and motivate a high performing team of Employee Relations Specialists and HR Business Partners, in the delivery of a first class HR service to the business. You will provide strategic direction and support to our business on important HR activities ensuring the sustainability of our people resources.

Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, you will be a forward thinking, professional individual who is able to join a large organisation and hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return
This is a fixed term contract which is expected to run for around 12-14 months. Salary is £60,000 + a £6000 car allowance + benefits including enhanced pension. This is a hybrid opportunity and you will be required to be on site at least two days per week.
