Your new company
Our food manufacturing client is recruiting an L&D Business Partner to join their office in Ashford. The company employs over 4,000 employees operating from 15 sites across the country, supplying a range of retail, wholesale, foodservice and other customers with iconic brands which feature in millions of homes everyday. The Ashford site has just under 400 employees and a HR team of 5 other professionals and support from a wider HR team across the UK.

Your new role
As an L&D Business Partner, you will work with the HR Manager & the leadership of the site to lead change, build skills and capability, engage and motivate staff, develop their talents and improve the potential of staff through learning and development opportunities. You will carry our continuous evaluation of training requirements to look at ways to continually improve their learning and development opportunities to ensure that the needs of the sites are met.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week with flexible working options available.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience as an L&D Business Partner within the manufacturing, retail or similar industry.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of circa £40,000 plus 25 days annual leave, company laptop & phone, contributory pension, annual access to sharesave scheme plus employee assistance programme.
