Job Details
This is a permanent HR Advisor opportunity within Financial Services based in London. This role with cover all of the Administrative responsibilities along with performance management and all aspects of HR.
Client Details
The client are a Financial Services company based in London with a headcount of approximately 140 people. This will be a 2 people HR Team meaning there is wide exposure to all aspects of HR.
Description
The Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor are:
- Providing general HR advice, administration and support on employee life-cycle
- Delivering inductions and on-boarding new starters
- Monitoring HR and Recruitment in-box
- Note taking in meetings
- Assisting with committees including well-being and Diversity & Inclusion
- Assisting with appraisals
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have at least 2 years exposure in a HR Generalist role within Financial Services with a strong attention to detail and a CIPD qualification.
